Instructions for Reporting
- Reporting time – 10 am to 4 pm

- All students are hereby requested to come with required original documents.
- If the Internship of the student is not completed till date, then student must produce a certificate from his/her institute stating completion of internship by 31/01/2024. Also, a declaration in the prescribed format.
- Any student whose internship will complete beyond date specified by INI CET will not be permitted to join the Postgraduate course.
- All candidates are expected to come with filled annexures/forms attached herewith.
- All Students can submit Annexures 4, 10, 11 and 12 at the time of joining.
- Medical examination as prescribed in Annexure 6 will be completed at AIIMS Rajkot after Joining.
- Date of Joining will be communicated through individual email.
- Admission Fees will be accepted through Demand Draft only. All Students are instructed to pay admission fees Rs. 2927/- at the time of Reporting through Demand Draft in favour of “Post Graduate Academic Receipt Account, AIIMS Rajkot” (payable at Rajkot). No other mode of transaction will be accepted.
- All Students who are opting hostel facility have to deposit Rs. 5700/- as one month advance of the Mess fees. The mess fee to be deposited in the separate account through online portal/ UPI. A barcode will be displayed at the time of joining.
