CDAC is committed to protecting your privacy, while delivering the software that brings you the convenience you desire in AIIMS Rajkot Swasthya App. This privacy statement governs your use of the AIIMS Rajkot Swasthya App. It does not apply to other online or offline All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Rajkot sites, services, or apps. 

 

This app provides features for new users, patients and doctors of AIIMS Rajkot which uses the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) of the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC), Noida.

 

Collection and Use of Your Information

The AIIMS Rajkot Swasthya App does not collect or transmit to CDAC personally identifiable information or require the use of logins, passwords, etc. generated in the mobile app. However, the AIIMS Rajkot Swasthya app uses the mobile device camera to scan the Quick Response (QR) code with patient information which has been generated from the Hospital Management Information System prescriptions. Patients who intend to provisionally register using the Aadhaar Card can also use the device camera to scan the QR code printed on the Aadhaar card which is used to fill selected fields of the provisional registration form with patient demographic details. The camera can also be used for taking an image of the patient in the patient profile section of the app which is stored locally on the mobile device. In addition, the camera can also be used to take images of prescriptions and upload them which is available only to authorized doctors. These features is only available to authorized users to ensure privacy and security of clinical information. The option to revoke camera access can be disabled by revoking app permissions to access the camera in the device’s settings option.

CDAC respects and protects the privacy of the individuals who use AIIMS Rajkot Swasthya App services and is committed to helping protect the security of your information. The information captured by the app is not shared with any third party.
