Citizen Charter

  1. Registration of new patients is between 9 AM to 1 PM from Monday to Saturday. Routine OPD functions between 9 AM to 5 PM.
  2. New OPD registration costs Rs.10/ -and shall be valid for a calendar year.
  3. There is also a provision of teleconsultation via e-sanjeevani platform from 11AM TO 1PM from Mondays to Saturday.
  4. Patients have the right to consult any doctor/consultant. For seeking an appointment with any consultant on his/her OPD days, patients may download AIIMS Rajkot Swasthya app from android playstore.
  5. Patients are seen on first come first serve basis. However, out of turn consultation may be provided in case of emergency or to senior citizen.
